HillCrest Vineyard

This wine arrives from the chalky hillside sites of the estate of Domaine Noir in the Loire Valley. This 2018 Chinon shows dark, rich, and intense black fruit with an edgy almost gripping tannin and acidity. This wine never sees any time in oak and pairs wonderfully with a diverse range of foods.
